Anti-ICE Demonstration Saturday in Painesville

Tomorrow morning at 11:30, local organizers with the Lake-Geauga Fights Back Network are hosting a demonstration that will begin at Painesville Square (1 Liberty St) and continue on to the Lake County Sheriff’s Department (104 E Erie St). Concerned Lake County residents have been rallying each month to voice their disapproval of local law enforcement colluding with federal agencies to target immigrant communities.
Like Minded in Lake County is encouraging community members to bring signs to express their views to the administration, and Food Not Bombs will be accepting donations of hygiene items.
